Premarital Counselling Package
(Approximate 6 to 8 Sessions - Approximate Cost $600 - $960)

Our BC Registered Clinical Counsellors and Registered Marriage & Family Therapist offer professional Premarital Counselling. Contents of premarital counselling can include a wide range of issues depending on your personal needs. Our premarital counselling is different from the premarital counselling offered by various religious organizations such as churches. Couples are met by our registered therapists individually and not in a group setting.  Meeting with the couple alone and not in a group setting will allow more space to discuss personal issues and ensure confidentiality. We assist couples in identifying their strengths and potential areas of conflicts. According to your background and your needs, our counsellor will help you identify a list of issues for further discussion.

Our therapists can also administer the ENRICH CANADA pre-marital assessment when requested.

Intake Session

  • Bridging Personal Differences & Gaps
  • Explorations of Family of Origins (Family Background & upbringing) & Family Rules
  • Exploring Cultural impact on your relationship
