  • Children and Families
  • Parenting Consultation
  • Young Adults and Couples
  • Emotional Distress & Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Personal Development
  • Cross Cultural Issues
  • ICBC-related issues

Vivian believes in the resiliency and potential of each individual. She views each person as capable of maintaining emotional, physical and spiritual balance given the appropriate setting. Vivian thinks that the relational impact of one’s surrounding has a great influence in forming who we are in the present day and therefore, understanding the influence and patterns of family and other significant relationships in life can liberate individuals and couples to maintain a stronger sense of self and confidence.

Vivian enjoys working with children because she believes in the sacredness and inner strength of each child. Through the use of play therapy, children can work through their internal conflict and to express their inner thoughts, in addition to using words/language. “I believe parents/caretakers are the best agents to help promote secure attachment and emotional health of their child,” she states. Vivian is dedicated to working collaboratively with parents to enhance parent-child relationships and attachment.

Vivian is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
