Lily – Intern Counsellor

I am currently completing my Master’s training in Marriage and Family Therapy and serving as an intern counsellor. My work is rooted in compassion, presence, comfort, and a deep belief in personal and relational growth.

An unwavering passion to support the vulnerable led me to the field of counselling. I believe that therapy is a space to bring comfort where there is hurt and ignite hope where there is despair. Each counselling encounter is sacred to me — a space where you are seen, heard, and never alone. I am here to sit with your pain, witness your growth, and celebrate your transformation.

I offer a person-centered, trauma-informed approach, creating a safe and supportive environment where healing and self-discovery can take root. My work is guided by a range of therapeutic modalities, including Internal Family Systems Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Satir Transformational Systemic Therapy, Bowen Family Systems Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.
