Session Information
Individual, Couple & Family Counselling appointments are available during the daytime and evenings on weekdays. Weekend counselling appointments may be available upon request.
Individual Counselling Sessions
Individual counselling sessions are approximately
50 minutes long.
Couple & Family Counselling Sessions
Couple & Family initial intake sessions are approximately 75 minutes long. After the initial counselling session, your therapist will discuss with you the necessary length of the sessions thereafter according to your needs.
Play Therapy Sessions / Counselling for Children / Filial Therapy
Play Therapy sessions are approximately 45 to 50 minutes long. On occasion, some children may look for their parents during their play therapy session. Parents are required to remain in the office during their child’s play therapy session.
Please note: Most sessions begin on the hour or on the half hour. Should you arrive late to your session, your session will still end at the scheduled time.
