Gloria Wu – Intern Therapist

Gloria is an intern currently completing her Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. She is passionate about walking alongside individuals, children, couples, and families as they navigate life’s challenges. With a warm, genuine, and compassionate presence, Gloria offers a trauma-informed approach that prioritizes safety, healing, and connection.

Rooted in a systemic, family-systems lens, Gloria draws from a range of therapeutic modalities to meet the unique needs of each client. These include Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), and Person-Centered Therapy. She brings experience from a non-profit agency setting supporting adults with a variety of emotional and relational concerns.

Through her work, Gloria supports clients in deepening emotional awareness, strengthening relationships, and reconnecting with their core sense of self.
